About Women of Impact
Since its founding in 2017, Women of Impact has recognized incredible women who demonstrate leadership, resilience, and vision in various fields, including real estate, philanthropy, the arts, law, healthcare, banking, media, advocacy, and non-profit and community leadership.
The event raises essential funds to support women of all ages through Proyecto Pastoral’s wide range of programs, empowering them to thrive and continue making a positive difference in the community.

Honoring

Rose Ann Djelmane, MA
Senior Vice President at Bank of America
Rose Ann Djelmane has dedicated over two decades to advancing equity in homeownership and financial access across California, Nevada, and Arizona. As SVP of Fair Lending and CRA Production Management, she has been instrumental in leading initiatives that expand access to affordable lending, promote multicultural engagement, and empower historically underserved communities. Her leadership extends far beyond her role at Bank of America—Rose Ann has held prominent positions on numerous boards and community organizations, including NAHREP, HOLA, Proyecto Pastoral, and the Museum of Latin American Art. Through her work, she has helped bridge the gap between financial institutions and the communities they serve, fostering inclusion, education, and opportunity.
Josefina López, MFA
Founding Artistic Director of Casa 0101 Theater
Josefina López is a visionary writer, producer, and community leader whose body of work has empowered underrepresented voices for over three decades. As the co-author of the Sundance Audience Award-winning film Real Women Have Curves, and the founder of Casa 0101 Theater in Boyle Heights, she has continuously uplifted the stories of Latinas, immigrants, and the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities through theater and film. Her personal journey—from undocumented immigrant to celebrated U.S. citizen, artist, and advocate—embodies the resilience and transformative spirit of California. Through over 200 stage productions and a dedication to creating opportunities in the arts, Josefina has profoundly impacted both her community and the broader cultural landscape.
